About the event
Courage in Practice™: The THRIVE Readiness Experience is a full-day, in-person training created for new and emerging clinicians who are ready to step into the work with clarity, confidence, and care.
Whether you’re an Associate Licensed Counselor (ALC) or a graduate student in a counseling or clinical social work program (LICSW track), this experience was designed with you in mind.
This isn’t your typical training. It’s an immersive space where your voice matters, your growth is supported, and your future as a therapist is taken seriously.
Hosted by Courage To Thrive Consulting, this gathering offers real conversation, reflection, and connection for those who want to lead with purpose and show up differently in the spaces that need them most. You won’t leave with just notes. You’ll leave with a renewed sense of direction and a deeper understanding of the kind of clinician you’re becoming.
